Thinking of losing the bulge? Well, certainly a good thought. Winter is over and season is warming up. Your metabolism is back in shape and you can easily sweat out the additional fat gained during the bone chilling winters.

The Desidieter experts have warmed up to help you fight the bulge and get in shape this summer. Just do as we do:

  • Move More - Yes, always be in action. Spring cleaning should continue until summer end. Take up a task each day to tidy up, fix one zone of your house. You will end up burning a lot of calories and you and your abode, both will be in good shape.
  • Drink More - Fill up your tummy with low calorie beverages. Stock up on salted lemonade, fresh coconut water, salted low fat butter milk and cold soups. Whenever the urge to binge strikes, try and have a glassful of cold beverage instead of eating.
  • Eat More - Surprised? Well, eat more but eat more fiber. Summer brings in plenty of salads. So, toss up interesting low calorie salads for the day like mix veg salads or pasta bowls, melon toss and much more. Eat fresh produce all day long and you will find your weight actually sizing down.
Besides, it is wise thought to skip sugar as much as possible. Cut down on sugar and sweet treats. Limit intake of sugar to maximum two or three teaspoons a day.
 
Summer is not the flavor to have fried so you may cut down on fried stuff as much as possible. Enjoy light simple meals.
 
Invest in a home gear; get a skipping rope and a good pair of walking shoes. Go for a brisk walk whenever possible or just skip for 15 minutes before hitting the shower.
 
Eat a light supper two hours before bedtime. Discuss a good diet regime with your nutritionist and follow it judiciously to lose a kg or ½ per week.
