Rigorous exercise and still not reducing weight
Please find my routine below.
Morning : Aerobics for 1 hr.
Brkfast at 9: 30 am: 1 bowl of water melon.
at 11:00 am: i bowl of corn flakes.
Lunch at 1:00 p.m : 2 chapattis and 1 bowl of curry . some times 4-6(tea spoon of rice) OR fruit juice without sugar.
Team time at 4:15: 1/2 cup of milk with 4 to 5 digestive biscuits.
Around 7:00: Sugarcane juice / coconut water.
at 8:00 - Rigorous aerobics for 1 hr.
at 9:00 - dinner( It include 2/3 chapatis with curry or Broken wheat or 2 IDly[idlies are taken rarely]
after this routine i have still not reduced weight. Can u please guide what should i alter in my routine for me to reduce weight.

Check with your diet expert, there are too many hidden sugars in your diet.
