I am new and cannot figure out how to reply, so starting a new discussion thread.

No doubt you workout for 1 hour (at 8 PM) but immediately after that you take your dinner (9 PM) which I think is not letting you lose weight.

You need to wait atleast 1 hour after workout before taking dinner.

Also, it is said that one should not eat after 8 PM to avoid converting food to fat. Just as we get tired in the evening, our body also slows down its system. Late dinners are always converted to fat.

Try working out around 6 PM and have your dinner at 8 PM. And see if it helps you lose weight.
