Healthy eating habits should be a compulsory part of the teachings in school.Children pick more from teachers and peers and will follow what is told in classrooms. We need to push schools to inculcate good nutrition habits in classrooms and cafterias.

Children learn quick and easy by watching...try to create curiosity in kids instead of forcing them to eat fruits etc.

Re: Obesity in teenage kids
Parents should not only tell their kids to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, they must actually eat healthy in front of them so they learn good nutritional habits from a young age.
