I am 5feet 2inch and my weight is 75kg?
i get bored of gym training.suggest something which will help me in shedding down my weight

Hi Deepa,
The best approach to weight loss is to get on a combination of balanced diet+ exercise. If you find gym workouts a tad too 'boring',then perhaps you can go in for some group fitness classes like aerobics, jazz exercise, power yoga, water aerobics,kick boxing or even regular dance classes. If you like sports,then you can choose something like swimming,basketball,cycling (outdoors). The basic idea is to keep yourself as active as possible.
