I am not sure if you work out regualrly. In case you are not working out I would suggest you to start going to a gym and focus moe on Lower body excercises such as squats, lunges, steam engines and also start running on the trademill. However, during ,my weight loss journey the most effective practive was making changes to my dinner. I went from 163 pounds to 140 pounds just by making changes in my dinner. I opted for a diet that is enriched with therapeutic herbs and spices such as Basil, Mint, Ashwagandha, Turmeric, etc. I found on iahas.com and that has really helped me, especially if I eat it 2 hours before my bedtime. You can also give it a try.

Hi Dear, I was facing the same problem. My problem area was the same like yours, I too was gaining a lot of weight around my stomach & thighs, so I consulted Prettislim Clinic and took their U-Lipo treatments and surprisingly it worked very well for me. Would suggest the same for you.
Read this post I just wrote, maybe we can help motivate each other?
Hi everyone, I'm glad I looked online for a weight loss support group today. Is this space quite active? If not, can you recommend good online communities?
I am 5ft 4in and 88 kg and have been overweight for almost 20 years. I've also been hypo-thyroid since I was 10 so have always struggled with weight loss. I managed to become quite thin in my teens and felt so pretty.
However when I went abroad to study, I put on a lot of weight fast and this damaged my self esteem greatly. Im now 36 years almost, never married and am tired of my body image holding me back.
Lately I have been regular with yoga, eating mostly natural foods quite often through the day, going for walks with my dogs. Now Im trying to eat the same food at the same time every day which has worked for me in the past.
Do please share encouraging success stories if anything I've said has struck a chord. Thanks very much!
