Increase your protein intake. If you are a non vegetarian, eat a boiled egg daily and 5 soaked almonds along with 2 walnuts and and an amla.

use heena regularly. You have to apply it on your hair and keep it for 1 hrs. then take a head wash. Even egg can be added in that..
