Exercise pattern and Diabetes

Exercise pattern and diabetes
Exercise intensity is important aspect while doing any physical activity. Intensity of the exercise can be Moderate or High.
Research has found that moderate intensity exercise helps to control your blood sugar level than high vigorous intensity exercise. moderate exercise can include brisk walk, moderate pace cycling, etc.
It has seen that diabetic people who are over weight or obese do not prefer high intensity exercise. So, they tend to skip their exercise or avoid it. Moderate exercise done for 40-60 min on maximum no of days of the week helps to control your blood sugar level. And even if you are not Diabetic, this kind of activity will help to avoid prediabetic conditions, to maintain your health and enhancing insulin resistance.
Resistance training is also beneficial in maintaining fasting blood sugar level.

So,try to do moderate intensity exercise on most of the days of week and include resistance training (weight training) at two times in a week!!!!!!!
