Weird question , but the seeds you used reniedmd me . Im growing corn , and of course it puts out the vegetable and the seed on top . I was wondering if I can eat those seeds and if you have any idea on what they might be good for ? The more I can use out of my garden , the better !

While quitting smoking will bring no of changes. You can manage your diet to minimize the symptoms.
1. Do not skip your meals. GO for small and frequent meals.
2. Include oats, apples, apricot, yogurt which has soothing effect.
3. Eat more tryptophan rich foods such as fish, chicken, pulses, peanuts sardines etc. It induces sleep and helps in insomnia.

You need to dispose of all the ashtrays from vicinity. Wash all clothing, carpets, upholstery to remove the nicotine ash trace that can trigger smoking. Meet a diet expert and start eating right to nourish the body and form an exercise routine.
