Here are my tips.
1)Do physical exercises like cycling, walking,or running for at least 30 minutes per day.
2)Walk or swim or do a treadmill or elliptical for 30 minutes 4-7 times/week.

2 diet 1200 calories daily
3 bupron sr 150 tab one daily (consult doctor)
4 dumbell exercise 15 min
