This is actually not true. You will lose weight on the hCG diets but the weight loss will be the result of the very low-calorie or starvation-like diet, not the hCG.
So that's one more fad diet that bites the dust-remember, the only safe way to lose weight is to eat a balanced diet and to exercise regularly. There are no short-cuts or miracle diet!!
