Anulom and Vilom breathing is part of Pranayam. It brings about balance in mind and body. One has to practice this for 8-10 min every day.
Sit in a calm and quiet place. Close your right nostril with right hand thumb. Inhale air through left nostril. Then close left nostril with right hand middle finger.
Next time breath in with left nostril and repeat the process.
Do this exercise slowly. You can take pause in between.
This breathing exercise helps in increasing oxygen uptake by cells. It is helpful in digestion problems, stress, diabetes,thyroid etc.
