Winter Woes- Weight Plateau
Winter is in full swing and a lot of my consults are complaining , the weight is not moving down. I try to console most of them giving my perspective: No sweat, slow metabolism OR water retention.
Now if you are like my friends here who just can't get to the point that the needle on scale tapers down gradually; consider these tried & tested tactics:
- Only steamed veggies for dinner OR
- No fruits for a week OR
- No dairy for a week OR
- No wheat for a week
I know sounds weird but sometimes stern fat needs rigid measures.
