INGREDIENTS
Fresh spinach   1 bunch
Brown rice   1 Cup
Butter   1/4 tsp
Onion   2
METHOD
  • Steam spinach; after spinach is cooked, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Use excess water for cooking brown rice.
  • Cook rice accordingly. In frying pan, saute onion (chopped small) in butter.
  • After rice is cooked, add spinach which needs to be cut into small pieces,& onion.
  • Mix well
