INGREDIENTS
| Fresh spinach | 1 bunch | |
| Brown rice | 1 Cup | |
| Butter | 1/4 tsp | |
| Onion | 2 |
METHOD
- Steam spinach; after spinach is cooked, approximately 5 minutes.
- Use excess water for cooking brown rice.
- Cook rice accordingly. In frying pan, saute onion (chopped small) in butter.
- After rice is cooked, add spinach which needs to be cut into small pieces,& onion.
- Mix well
