Recipe Name: Brown Rice and Spinach

|Fresh spinach||1 bunch|
|Brown rice||1 Cup|
- Steam spinach; after spinach is cooked, approximately 5 minutes.
- Use excess water for cooking brown rice.
- Cook rice accordingly. In frying pan, saute onion (chopped small) in butter.
- After rice is cooked, add spinach which needs to be cut into small pieces,& onion.
- Mix well
