Recipe Name: Spinach Rice

|Chicken stock||2 cups|
|Raw brown rice||60 g|
|Onion, chopped||1 medium|
|Fresh spinach, washed well and stemmed||100 g|
|Unsalted butter||1 tablespoons|
- Bring the stock to a boil. Add the rice and chopped onions. Stir once. Boil 5 minutes, and then put spinach on top. When spinach wilts, cover the pot and turn heat to low.
- Simmer until liquid on top is evaporated. Put the butter on top. When all the liquid is absorbed, stir it up and serve.
