Recipe Name: Mini Pizza

INGREDIENTS
Mini pizza base   2
Oil   1 teaspoon
Garlic, chopped   3 cloves
Finely chopped spinach   1/2 bunch
Pizza sauce   2 tablespoons
Mozzarella cheese   60g
Red onion, thinly sliced   1/2
Ripe tomato, diced   1
American corn   1/2 cup
METHOD
  • Preheat oven to 220°C. Lightly spray a non-stick saucepan with oil and heat over medium heat. Add garlic, spinach and salt and pepper. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove pan from heat, drain excess moisture and set aside to cool.

  • Spread bases with pizza sauce. Top with spinach mixture, onion and tomato and cheese on the top. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until bases are crisp and cooked. Serve.
