INGREDIENTS
Fresh coconut   50 g
Green chilly   1
Roasted Chana   3/4 tbsp
Hing   a pinch
Mustard seeds (sarson)   1/8 tsp
Washed urad dal   1/2 tsp
Chana dal   1/2 tsp
Oil   1 tsp
Salt   1/2 tsp
Lemon   1
METHOD
  • Grind coconut, green chilly and roasted chanas to a paste.
  • Add water if required.
  • Heat oil, add mustard seeds, urad and chana dals to it.
  • When the mustard seeds start cracking, add this baghar to the chutney.
  • Add salt, lemon juice and serve.
