INGREDIENTS
| Fresh coconut | 50 g | |
| Green chilly | 1 | |
| Roasted Chana | 3/4 tbsp | |
| Hing | a pinch | |
| Mustard seeds (sarson) | 1/8 tsp | |
| Washed urad dal | 1/2 tsp | |
| Chana dal | 1/2 tsp | |
| Oil | 1 tsp | |
| Salt | 1/2 tsp | |
| Lemon | 1 |
METHOD
- Grind coconut, green chilly and roasted chanas to a paste.
- Add water if required.
- Heat oil, add mustard seeds, urad and chana dals to it.
- When the mustard seeds start cracking, add this baghar to the chutney.
- Add salt, lemon juice and serve.
