Recipe Name: Mint and Coriander Chutney

INGREDIENTS
Coriander leaves   10 g
Green chilly   1/2 small
Mint leaves   10 g
Tamarind (seedless)   10 g
Ginger   1/4"
Cumin seeds   1/8 tsp tsp
Onion   15 g
Salt   1/4 tsp
Sugar   1/2 tsp
METHOD
  • Wash and soak tamarind in 2 tbsp water for 30 minutes.
  • Pick and wash the coriander and mint leaves.
  • Squeeze out tamarind pulp discarding the hard stones.
  • Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, onion, ginger, green chilly and cumin seeds to a fine paste.
  • Add tamarind pulp, and sugar.
  • Mix well.
