INGREDIENTS
| Coriander leaves | 10 g | |
| Green chilly | 1/2 small | |
| Mint leaves | 10 g | |
| Tamarind (seedless) | 10 g | |
| Ginger | 1/4" | |
| Cumin seeds | 1/8 tsp tsp | |
| Onion | 15 g | |
| Salt | 1/4 tsp | |
| Sugar | 1/2 tsp |
METHOD
- Wash and soak tamarind in 2 tbsp water for 30 minutes.
- Pick and wash the coriander and mint leaves.
- Squeeze out tamarind pulp discarding the hard stones.
- Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, onion, ginger, green chilly and cumin seeds to a fine paste.
- Add tamarind pulp, and sugar.
- Mix well.
