INGREDIENTS
Banana   1
Orange   1
Pineapple   2 slices
Apple   100 g
Grapes   100 g
Salad leaves   5-6
Pineapple juice   4 tsp
Orange juice   4 tsp
Lemon juice   4 tsp
Water   4 tsp
Glazed cherries   4
Cream   2 tbsp
Sugar   25 g
Corn flour   2 tsp
METHOD
  • To prepare dressing, heat the fruit juices.
  • Make a paste of corn flour with water.
  • Add to the juices and cook till it thickens. Add sugar.
  • Cool and mix cream. Chill in refrigerator.
  • Now, peel the oranges and remove the white skin and seeds.
  • Slice banana and grapes. Chop pineapple.
  • Dice apple with skin.
  • Mix all the fruits with the dressing.
  • Serve garnished with glazed cherries and salad leaves.
