INGREDIENTS
| Milk | l litre | |
| Chopped jackfruit pieces (firm and ripe) | 1/2 cup | |
| Sugar | ¾ cup | |
| Ghee | 1 tsp |
METHOD
- Heat ghee in a frying pan till it melts. Add chopped jackfruit pieces and fry till it turns golden brown.
- Remove from fire and keep aside.
- Boil milk in a vessel. Add sugar and stir well to dissolve the sugar.
- Mix fried jackfruit pieces, cook till it becomes thick and pulpy.
- Remove from fire. Serve.
