INGREDIENTS
Milk   l litre
Chopped jackfruit pieces (firm and ripe)   1/2 cup
Sugar   ¾ cup
Ghee   1 tsp
METHOD
  • Heat ghee in a frying pan till it melts. Add chopped jackfruit pieces and fry till it turns golden brown.
  • Remove from fire and keep aside.
  • Boil milk in a vessel. Add sugar and stir well to dissolve the sugar.
  • Mix fried jackfruit pieces, cook till it becomes thick and pulpy.
  • Remove from fire. Serve.
