Suji (Semolina)   20 g
Sugar   4 tbsp

METHOD
  • Roast semolina in a pan over slow fire.
  • Add milk and cook on slow fire for five minutes.
  • Add sugar and cook for a few more minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot, garnished with shredded almonds.
