| Milk | 400 ml | |
| Suji (Semolina) | 20 g | |
| Sugar | 4 tbsp | |
| Almond | 4 |
METHOD
- Roast semolina in a pan over slow fire.
- Add milk and cook on slow fire for five minutes.
- Add sugar and cook for a few more minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from fire and serve hot, garnished with shredded almonds.
