INGREDIENTS
Tindas   200 g
Onion   100 g
Ginger   5 g
Tomato   1 small
Salt   1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder   1/4 tsp
Haldi   1/8 tsp
Garam masala   1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves   few
Fat   2 tbsp
METHOD
  • Wash and scrape tindas and slit them.
  • Grate onion, ginger and tomatoes, mix dry masalas in it.
  • Fill the masala paste into tindas.
  • Heat fat in a pan and put the stuffed tindas and left over masala paste in it. Fry over low heat till tindas are lightly browned.
  • Add a litte water and cook on slow fire till tindas are tender and water dries up.
  • Serve hot sprinkled w2ith chopped coriander leaves and garam masala.
