INGREDIENTS
Lady finger (bhindi)   50 g
Baigan   50 g
Karela   50 g
Beans   50 g
Cauliflower   50 g
Broccoli   50 g
Oil   1 tbsp
Lemon juice   1 tbsp
Red chilli powder   1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder   1/2 tsp
Dhaniya powder   1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Amchoor powder to taste
METHOD
  • Mix oil, lemon juice, and all powder masala into a thick paste.
  • Marinate chopped vegetables in this paste for half an hour.
  • Cook them on a very hot tawa for 10-12 minutes till they are almost cooked. Make sure not to over cook, the vegetables should taste crunchy and cooked. Serve hot.
