INGREDIENTS
| Lady finger (bhindi) | 50 g | |
| Baigan | 50 g | |
| Karela | 50 g | |
| Beans | 50 g | |
| Cauliflower | 50 g | |
| Broccoli | 50 g | |
| Oil | 1 tbsp | |
| Lemon juice | 1 tbsp | |
| Red chilli powder | 1/2 tsp | |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2 tsp | |
| Dhaniya powder | 1/2 tsp | |
| Salt to taste | ||
| Amchoor powder to taste |
METHOD
- Mix oil, lemon juice, and all powder masala into a thick paste.
- Marinate chopped vegetables in this paste for half an hour.
- Cook them on a very hot tawa for 10-12 minutes till they are almost cooked. Make sure not to over cook, the vegetables should taste crunchy and cooked. Serve hot.
