| Whole wheat Flour | 1 cup | |
| Salt | To taste | |
| For the methi paneer stuffing | ||
| Methi leaves, finely chopped | 1/2 cup | |
| Low fat paneer, grated | 1/2 cup | |
| jeera seeds | 1/2 tsp | |
| Ginger-green chilli paste | 1/2 tsp | |
| Turmeric powder (haldi) | 1/4 tsp | |
| Oil | 1/2 tsp | |
| Salt | To taste |
METHOD
- Make small balls of the dough prepared.
- Stuff the Methi paratha stuffing into the dough.
- Roll in to chapathi.
- Add oil on the tava.
- Bake the chapathis.
