INGREDIENTS
For the dough  
Whole wheat Flour   1 cup
Salt   To taste
For the methi paneer stuffing  
Methi leaves, finely chopped   1/2 cup
Low fat paneer, grated   1/2 cup
jeera seeds   1/2 tsp
Ginger-green chilli paste   1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder (haldi)   1/4 tsp
Oil   1/2 tsp
Salt   To taste
METHOD
  • Make small balls of the dough prepared.
  • Stuff the Methi paratha stuffing into the dough.
  • Roll in to chapathi.
  • Add oil on the tava.
  • Bake the chapathis.
