Recipe Name: Cracked Wheat Porridge
|Cracked wheat||50 g|
|Sugar||4 tsp (or to taste)|
|Fat||5 g (optional)|
- Heat the fat in a pan and roast the cracked wheat to light brown colour. Alternately it may be dry roasted in the pan.
- Add water and cook on slow fire, stirring occasionally till done and of thick consistency.
- Add milk, sugar and bring to boil. Serve hot.
