INGREDIENTS
Arhar dal   20 g
Chana dal   20 g
Onion   10 g
Ginger   1/4"
Green chilli   1
Curry leaves   few
Salt   1/2 tsp
Fat   for frying
METHOD
  • Wash and soak dal for two hours.
  • Grind coarsely.
  • Grind onion, green chilly, ginger and curry leaves.
  • Mix well in to the dal and add salt.
  • Shape in to vadas.
  • Deep fry slowly till golden brown.
  • Drain on a paper and serve hot.
