INGREDIENTS
Paneer   200 g
White Vinegar   2 tsp
Ginger   2 tsp
Ginger juice   2 tsp
Green chilly   1
Coriander leaves   a few
Oil   2 tsp
Salt   1 tsp
Red Chilly powder   1/4 tsp
Garam Masala   1/4 tsp
Onion (small)   100 g
Tomato   100 g
Capsicum   100 g
 
To Serve:
 
Mint chutney in curd   4 tbsp
Lemon (sliced)   2
METHOD
  • Grind green chilly and coriander leaves to fine paste add seasoning, vinegar and ginger juice to prepare the marinade.
  • Cut the paneer in to thick cubes.
  • Apply marinade to paneer pieces for about 1 1/2 hours.
  • Cut capsicum and tomato in to quarters and peel small whole onion.
  • In a non-stick pan add it oil and cook marinated paneer for few minutes till half cooked.
  • Arrange paneer, tomato, capsicum and on skewers
