INGREDIENTS
| Paneer | 200 g | |
| White Vinegar | 2 tsp | |
| Ginger | 2 tsp | |
| Ginger juice | 2 tsp | |
| Green chilly | 1 | |
| Coriander leaves | a few | |
| Oil | 2 tsp | |
| Salt | 1 tsp | |
| Red Chilly powder | 1/4 tsp | |
| Garam Masala | 1/4 tsp | |
| Onion (small) | 100 g | |
| Tomato | 100 g | |
| Capsicum | 100 g | |
| To Serve: | ||
| Mint chutney in curd | 4 tbsp | |
| Lemon (sliced) | 2 |
METHOD
- Grind green chilly and coriander leaves to fine paste add seasoning, vinegar and ginger juice to prepare the marinade.
- Cut the paneer in to thick cubes.
- Apply marinade to paneer pieces for about 1 1/2 hours.
- Cut capsicum and tomato in to quarters and peel small whole onion.
- In a non-stick pan add it oil and cook marinated paneer for few minutes till half cooked.
- Arrange paneer, tomato, capsicum and on skewers
