INGREDIENTS
| Apples medium sized | 4 | |
| Icing sugar | 4 tbsp | |
| Milk | 4 cups | |
| Almond paste | 3 tbsp | |
| Lemon juice | 1/2 tsp | |
| Vanilla essence | a few drops |
METHOD
- Peel and core the apples. Then cut them up into thin slices.
- In the blender jar, put in the apple slices, sugar, lemon juice, milk, vanilla essence and the almond paste.
- Blend for a minute till smooth. Chill till serving time.
- Pour out the apple shake in tall glasses and stick a lemon slice and a sprig of fresh mint on the side.
