| Red lentil | 50 g | |
| Medium tomatoes | 2 | |
| Onion | 1 | |
| Medium carrot | 1 | |
| Medium potato | 1 | |
| Water | 3 cups | |
| Coriander | 1/2 tsp | |
| Butter | 1/2 tbsp | |
| Salt | ||
| Pepper |
METHOD
- Cook lentils with water on medium heat for 15 minutes or until semi-cooked. Meanwhile chop all vegetables very small.
- Stir in chopped vegetables, salt and pepper and continue cooking for 20 min. Add coriander and cool the soup slightly, then process it in a blender to a smooth puree.
- Garnish the soup with paprika and melted butter.
