Recipe Name: Red Lentil and Veg Soup

|Red lentil||50 g|
- Cook lentils with water on medium heat for 15 minutes or until semi-cooked. Meanwhile chop all vegetables very small.
- Stir in chopped vegetables, salt and pepper and continue cooking for 20 min. Add coriander and cool the soup slightly, then process it in a blender to a smooth puree.
- Garnish the soup with paprika and melted butter.
