Carrot   1
Sugar   3 tsp
Salt   ¼ tsp
Pepper   ½ tsp
Lemon   ½
METHOD
  • Chop tomatoes and grate the carrot.
  • Add the tomatoes, carrot and 2 ½ cups of water, liquidize into a smooth puree.
  • Add sugar, salt, pepper and the juice of a half a lemon.
  • Stir the liquid well till the sugar is dissolved.
  • Chill well and serve in tall glasses.
