sugar, not sulfur. It went under the counters, under the fridge... everywhere. How do i clean up the sulfur i sweeped it up and vacuumed but how to i get all the sugar in corners. i dont want ants all over

Answer: If you've swept and vacuumed all that you can, its time to get on your hands and knees with one of the hand-held mini brooms and get to work for the tight corners/small spaces. For the under areas you can't reach or if you don't have a hand held broom you can use a feather duster. Next step, a damp towel (cloth or paper), a sponge can also work. Spray it with a typical household cleaner to get it wet and keep the sugar from getting sticky. Use it to wipe up whatever you can reach. If there's still areas you absolutely cannot reach, you'll have to start moving things around (like the fridge, for example, if any got under there) and get right back to cleaning. After you think you've wiped up all the sugar, go over the areas with a cleaner one last time to be sure nothing gets sticky.

We normally take sugar with tea and soft drinks etc.. and we all know this is harmful.. can anyone tell me how much sugar we can have per day? and what are the bad effects to health sugar can cause?

Answer: Yes, sugar is harmful - nobody can dispute it - but besides eating as little as possible, it's important to know when it's best to eat sugar at all. The answer is: as a dessert, therefore twice a day. When you eat something sweet just after your meal, you somehow minimize the ill effects of sugar (the release of insulin into your blood is smaller and slower), and your tendency is to eat less, since you are already satisfied. Now, if you eat something sweet between your meals, not only will you disrupt the digestion that is going on, but also you will make your insulin level peak very high and very suddenly, and that's very bad for you. And you may end up eating more than you should. So the trick is: if you eat sugary things at all, have them after your meals. And try to eat homemade desserts, if possible, for they contain less additivies. Never eat between your meals. As for soft drinks, I would suggest: avoid them completely.

I hate sugar hangovers, first it's the not being able to sleep, then you get the hangover the next day from the sugar overload. What causes this? Why does it occur? And how do you stop it from happening etc?
