As I mentioned before, my dad has high cholesterol and is trying to lose some weight. I heard that drinking water can help weight-loss in a number of ways, but I was wondering how it helps? Like, does it cure bloating and flush out the system or something. Also, my dad hates the taste of water, but he loves orange squash. Is squash just as good as water? Its sugar free and low in calories.
