Ingredients:

Cabbage(cut into 25 mm cubes)   1 cup
Broccoli florets, parboiled   1 cup
Ginger( chopped )   1/2 tsp
Garlic( chopped )   1/4 tsp
Celery(chopped)   1 tsp
Pineapple cubes   1 cup
Fresh pineapple juice   1/4 cup
Oil   1/2 tsp
For the garnish  
Freshly ground black pepper   1/4 tsp
 

Method:

  • Heat the oil in a pan, add the ginger, garlic and celery and stir-fry for a few seconds.
  • Add the cabbage, broccoli, pineapple cubes and juice and cook over high flame till the juice dries out.
  • Garnish with the freshly ground black pepper and serve warm.
