Tomatoes (quartered and deseeded )   1 cup
Cucumber (sliced )   1 cup
Lettuce leaves ( cut into pieces )   2 cups
Mushrooms, quartered and blanched   1/2 cup
Capsicum ( diced )   1/2 cup
To be mixed into a dressing  
Crushed garlic   1 tsp
Lemon juice   11/2 Tbsp
Oil   1 tsp
Dry red chilli flakes   1/4 tsp
Salt and pepper   To taste
 

Method:

  • Combine all the ingredients.
  • Add the dressing , toss well.
  • Serve immediately.
