Ingredients: |
| Mini pizza base |

| Garlic, chopped |

| Finely chopped spinach |

| Pizza sauce |

| Mozzarella cheese |

| Red onion, thinly sliced |

Method: |
- Preheat oven to 220°C. Lightly spray a non-stick saucepan with oil and heat over medium heat. Add garlic, spinach and salt and pepper. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove pan from heat, drain excess moisture and set aside to cool.
- Spread bases with pizza sauce. Top with spinach mixture, onion and tomato and cheese on the top. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until bases are crisp and cooked. Serve.
