Ingredients:

Fresh curds (firmly set)   100 g
Mint Chutney   2 tbsp
Salt   to taste
Red chilly powder   1/2 tsp
 

Method:

  • Tie curds in a muslin cloth and hang for about two hours till most of the water drains out.
  • Add all other ingredients and mix well.
