Method: |
- Wash and soak tamarind in 2 tbsp water for 30 minutes.
- Pick and wash the coriander and mint leaves.
- Squeeze out tamarind pulp discarding the hard stones.
- Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, onion, ginger, green chilly and cumin seeds to a fine paste.
- Add tamarind pulp, and sugar.
- Mix well.
