Ingredients: |
| Pineapple |
|
1 1/4 kg (about 1 kg pulp) |
| Apples |
|
250 g |
| Sugar |
|
800 g |
| Citric acid |
|
5 g |
| Water |
|
100 ml |
|

| |
Method: |
- Peel and pineapple and apples.
- Cook with water till tender and mash well.
- Add sugar and citric acid and continue cooking with constant stirring.
- Cook till mixture is done and gives the plate test.
- Pour hot jam into sterilized, wide mouthed bottles and let it cool.
- Put the cab, seal with wax and keep in a cool place.
