Method: |
- Wash plums. Cook them in water till tender.
- Sieve and remove skin and stones.
- Add sugar, vinegar and spices and continue cooking till the mixture becomes sufficiently thick (check by plate test).
- Bottles hot chutney in clean, sterilized bottles.
