Plums |
|
1 1/4 kg (about 1 kg pulp) |
Sugar |
|
1 kg |
Water |
|
400 ml |
|

Method: |
- Wash plums, cut and remove the seeds.
- Cook with water on slow heat till the peel is soft and mashed.
- Add sugar and continue to cook till done as tested by the glass test.
- Pour hot jam into sterilized wide mouthed bottles and let cool.
- Close the cap, seal with wax and store in a cool place.
