Prep Time Cook Time Serves



French beans   60 g
Cabbage   60 g
Capsicum   100 g
Spring Onion (sliced)   50 g
Garlic (chopped)   4 flakes
Salt   1 teaspoon
White pepper powder   1/2 teaspoon
Soya sauce   2 tablespoon
Chilly sauce   1 teaspoon
Oil   3 tablespoon
Green Chilly   2
Vinegar   4 tablespoon


  • Mix 2 teaspoon oil in salted water and boil noodles in it till they become soft. Drain hot water and pour some cold water on the noodles.
  • Chop green chilly and soak in vinegar.
  • Cut cabbage and french beans. Slice capsicum finely and cut carrots in sticks.
  • Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add garlic and sliced onion and fry.
  • Mix french beans, carrots, pepper and salt. Cook for some minutes.
  • Add capsicum and cabbage and keep stirring. Cook for few more minutes.
  • Now add noodles, chilly sauce, soya sauce and mix properly.
  • Vegetable chowmein are ready. Serve hot with green chilly in vinegar.
