| French beans |

Method: |
- Mix 2 teaspoon oil in salted water and boil noodles in it till they become soft. Drain hot water and pour some cold water on the noodles.
- Chop green chilly and soak in vinegar.
- Cut cabbage and french beans. Slice capsicum finely and cut carrots in sticks.
- Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add garlic and sliced onion and fry.
- Mix french beans, carrots, pepper and salt. Cook for some minutes.
- Add capsicum and cabbage and keep stirring. Cook for few more minutes.
- Now add noodles, chilly sauce, soya sauce and mix properly.
- Vegetable chowmein are ready. Serve hot with green chilly in vinegar.
