Method: |
- Melt the butter in a sauce pan, stir in the flour and cook for two minutes.
- Add milk, stirring continuously, and boil for two minutes.
- Mix grated cheese, pepper and salt and let it cool down.
- Add egg yolks to this mixture.
- Beat the egg white to very stiff stage and fold them into this mixture.
- Pour into a dish and bake till it becomes brown. It would take 20 minutes approximately.
- Cheese souffle' is ready. Serve hot.
