Method: |
- To prepare dressing, mix mayonnaise with cream and lemon juice.
- Cut cabbage finely and grate carrots.
- Cut onions in to diagonal pieces.
- Cut apples in to cubes without peeling off the skin.
- Mix cabbage, carrots, onions and apple with dressing.
- Serve chilled.
