Ingredients:

Cabbage   60 g
Carrots   100 g
Spring onion   50 g
Apple   50 g
Mayonnaise   3 tbsp
Lemon juice   2 teaspoon
Cream   4 teaspoon
 

Method:

  • To prepare dressing, mix mayonnaise with cream and lemon juice.
  • Cut cabbage finely and grate carrots.
  • Cut onions in to diagonal pieces.
  • Cut apples in to cubes without peeling off the skin.
  • Mix cabbage, carrots, onions and apple with dressing.
  • Serve chilled.
