| Ripe nectarines, peaches or plums |

| Rum (optional) |

| Sliced almonds or hazelnuts |

Method: |
- Cut fruit into halves and remove pits. (Peel nectarines or peaches)
- Arrange cut-side up, in 9 inch lightly buttered pie plate or 6 individual ovenproof dishes. Sprinkle with rum.
- Spoon sour cream over fruit and sprinkle with sugar and nuts.
- Bake in 350°F oven for about 20 minutes or until sugar melts and nuts brown lightly. Serve hot
