Method: |
- Add a little salt in water and boil macaroni in it.
- Drain and pour cold water on it.
- To make cheese sauce, melt the butter on mild heat, add corn flour and fry. Mix milk and stir constantly while heating until it becomes somewhat thick. Add grated cheese and other seasonings.
- Mix macaroni in this sauce.
- Keep this in a casserole dish and arrange tomato slices on top.
- Put some cheese on it, sprinkled evenly.
- Bake in a medium hot oven for 15 minutes.
- Macaroni Cheese Pie is now ready to be served.
