| Macaroni (small pieces) |

80 g |
| Corn flour |

8 Tablespoon |
| Water |

4 Tablespoon |
| Egg |

| Salt |

| Pepper |

1/2 teaspoon |
| Chilly Garlic Sauce

| Capsicum |

Method: |
- Add a little salt in water and boil macaroni in it.
- Drain and pour cold water on it.
- Make thick paste of corn flour and water. Now add beaten egg and seasonings, finely chopped capsicum, onion and boiled macaroni to this paste.
- Heat oil. Add spoonful of the mixture to the oil and deep fry till it becomes brown.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or chilly sauce
