Ingredients:

Macaroni (small pieces)   80 g
Corn flour   8 Tablespoon
Water   4 Tablespoon
Egg   1
Salt   1 teaspoon
Pepper   1/2 teaspoon
Chilly Garlic Sauce   2 tablespoon
Onion   40 g
Capsicum   40 g
Oil   As required for frying
 

Method:

  • Add a little salt in water and boil macaroni in it.
  • Drain and pour cold water on it.
  • Make thick paste of corn flour and water. Now add beaten egg and seasonings, finely chopped capsicum, onion and boiled macaroni to this paste.
  • Heat oil. Add spoonful of the mixture to the oil and deep fry till it becomes brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce or chilly sauce
