Ingredients:

Apple   250 g
Lemon   1
Spring onion   60 g
Walnuts   20 g
Mayonnaise   2 tablespoon
Lettuce   2 large leaves
Cream   2 tablespoon
 

Method:

  • Cut apples in to cubes without peeling the skin and soak in lemon juice mixed with water.
  • Chop the walnuts into pieces of big size. Chop the onions also.
  • Drain apples and mix with plump raisins, walnuts and onion.
  • Mix mayonnaise and cream to make dressing.
  • Mix this dressing with salad.
  • Serve chilled, over a lettuce leaf, with some nuts on top.
