Ingredients:

Fat-free chicken stock   2 cups
Soy sauce   1 tsp
Salt to taste (optional)
Cooked Egg noodles   30 g
Oriental mushrooms, soaked in warm water until softened and sliced   6 large
Cooked chicken, diced   1/2 cup
Lemon peel   4-6 piece
 

Method:

  • Heat together chicken stock, soy sauce and salt, if needed.
  • Add noodles, mushrooms and chicken; bring to a boil.
  • Serve piping hot with lemon peel.
