Grapeseed oil (Avocado, peanut or corn oil) |

1 tbsp |
Dry-roasted cumin seeds (Jeera) |
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste |

Method: |
- Place vegetables in a bowl. Drizzle lightly with grapeseed (Avocado, peanut or corn) oil
- Add a sprinkle of cumin seeds. Toss to incorporate. Season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper
- Place vegetables in a steamer and steam until tender
