Ingredients:

Pineapple   2 slices
Potatoes   100 g
Beans   50 g
Peas   100 g
Carrot   50 g
Eggs   2
Salad leaves   4
Cream   2 tbsp
Mayonnaise   3 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
 

Method:

  • Boil potatoes. Shell peas and dice beans and carrots.
  • Steam peas, beans and carrots till tender.
  • Peel and cut potatoes into cubes.
  • Boil egg for 15 minutes and then put in cold water.
  • Shell and slice the eggs.
  • Chop pineapple. Reserve some egg slices and pineapple bits for garnishing.
  • Mix mayonnaise and cream and add seasonings. Mix vegetables, eggs and pineapple bits in it.
  • Place in a bowl lined with salad leaves.
  • Garnish with slices of boiled eggs and pineapple bits.
